Here are five good sources for buying dog house plans.

Build Eazy
This site offers what it calls Buy 'N Build dog house plans. It has two types of dog houses, a gable style and a gambrel style. Both plans cost a reasonable $5.95 and can be downloaded from the site.

Luxury Dog House
Looking to build a luxury house for your favorite pet. This site features plans for a luxury dog house called Rover's Lodge for $14.95. This plan is unique in that the company offers  a money back guarantee -- it guarantees that you will be satisfied with its luxury dog house plans. And goes on to say that "if you make a genuine attempt to build our dog house - and are unhappy with the results,  I'll cheerfully refund your investment in our plans.  30 day 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. The site also says that the dog house has fully insulated roof and walls and its plans are easy to follow.

TJ Designs
TJDesigns has plans for an attractive barn style dog house. I liked this plan because it comes in four different sizes so you can pick the one that best fits you dog, and not have to do a lot of sizing up or sizing down as with some other plans. The cost of the standard barn style dog house plan is $14.95 and there is a deluxe version for $19.95.

DogHousePlans.com
While this site seems to be about K-9 law enforcement dog houses, it does offer plans for dog houses that could be used with just about any dog. It is an especially valuable site if you have more than one dog, as it also offers plans for two dog houses.

Ash Custom Wood
This site, like doghouseplans.com, seems to be about police dog houses. However, I see no reason why some of the dog houses featured could not be used for just about any large dog. The site features 1, 2 and 3 dog houses, plus custom plans. Each set of the standard plans is $29.99 and can be mailed to you as hard copy or downloaded off the site. The site also says that "Our dog houses are presently in use throughout many different countries all over the world, such as Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, and across the United States. This dog house has been proven suitable in any climate." It further says about its plans that "No special woodworking skills are required. A few common tools are all you will need. With a hammer, square, handsaw (or skillsaw), a jigsaw, and a drill, you will have all the tools you need to construct your dog house."
